A fun and simple science activity all about the life cycle of a penguin. This foldable cut-and-paste resource could be used to support a lesson on birds, the Antarctic, or emperor penguins, or use as a winter/festive craft. The finished foldouts can be glued into an interactive science notebook.
This resource has different options to choose from:
Template 1: 4-part life cycle with the option to sequence either words with pictures, or descriptions with pictures.

A fun, foldable science craft activity for the life cycle of a butterfly! Use as part of a lesson on minibeasts, insects, growth, life cycles or symmetry. This resource could be used as part of your Big Butterfly Count, 30 Days Wild or National Insect Week activities.

Blast off into a new school year with this space-themed all about me foldable activity, designed to help you get to know your class.
This printable resource is a fun alternative to a standard worksheet. It is suitable for classroom use as part of your back-to-school activities, or send home to as a transition activity over the summer break.
In this set, each foldout displays a different letter so that pupils can complete one that matches their first initial. The inner section has meaningful questions on an outer space theme as follows:

From December 1st, use this festive digital advent calendar to count down to Christmas. A fun addition to your daily December routine!
This resource is included as an editable PowerPoint and Google Slides document so you can use the one you prefer. The PowerPoint file has more options for slide transition (especially sound) but otherwise, both files are the same.
How does it work?
There are 24 slides (one for each day of the month up to 24th December).
A fixed background is included for each slide, and you can add your own text and/or extra images for each day. You could include some mental or physical warm-ups, festive jokes, mindfulness activities, motivational quotes… the choice is yours.
When you’ve filled in your slides, switch to present mode and click one of the numbered days on slide 1. The link will take you to the corresponding slide.

The resource is not editable. However, a blank template page has been included with text boxes so that you can write your own prompts for students if you wish to.

These fun accordion foldable activities are a lovely addition to interactive science notebooks and support learning around spring, seasonal changes and life cycles. They are a cross between a worksheet and a craft activity!
This resource is a bundle of 4 life cycle template sets - frog, bean, daffodil and chicken.
Each foldout breaks down the life cycle into 4 or 6 parts. There are options to simply colour the template, cut out and fold (and insert into a notebook if required). Alternatively, there is also an option to add a step of ordering the life cycle stages and gluing them onto the template.
